Sacred Glow of a Gourmet Ramadan
When the crescent moon appears and the evenings are wrapped in a soft light, Ramadan settles in like a precious pause. A month when time slows down, hearts draw closer, and every moment becomes deeper. It is a time of warm family atmosphere, filled with shared laughter, whispered prayers, and generously set tables.
Crunchy Date & Chocolate Bars
Ingredients:
- 12 natural Medjoul dates – M.A
- 50 to 100 g of nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts…) – DE KHAMSSA Cocktail Mix
Preparation
1. Prepare the ingredients• Roughly chop the nuts.
• Mix the dates cut into small pieces with the nuts in a bowl.
2. Spread the mixture
• On a sheet of baking paper, spread the date–nut mixture into a rectangle about 2 cm thick.
3. Melt the chocolate
• Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave.
4. Pour the chocolate
• Pour the melted chocolate over the already spread date and nut mixture.
• Gently spread the chocolate over the entire surface to evenly coat the mixture.
5. Chill
• Place in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes, until the chocolate hardens.
6. Cut and enjoy
• Cut into bars or squares and enjoy!
