Iced Mango Matcha
1. Preparation
– In a blender, blend the mango, milk (or coconut water) and ice cubes until smooth.
– Pour into a mug.
2. Prepare the matcha separately
- Empty the Keiken Matcha stick into a bowl. -
Add a little warm
water. - Whisk with the bamboo whisk (chasen) using a rapid “W” motion until a fine, smooth foam forms.
3. Assemble - Gently
pour the whisked matcha over the mango
smoothie. - Serve immediately.
