How to make chai latte?

1. Prepare the chai latte:

Steep a chai tea bag in 200 ml of very hot water for 5 to 7 minutes to fully extract the spices. Remove the tea bag.

2. Heat the milk:

Heat 150 ml of milk (or plant-based milk: almond, oat, etc.) until warm, without boiling it.

3. Whisk:

Pour the tea into a large mug or bowl. Add the warm milk. Whisk using a hand whisk or a milk frother until you have a nice, light foam.

4. Serve:

Sweeten with ginger honey to taste. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Add a star anise for the finishing touch, which is both decorative and fragrant.
