Melting Heart Brownie
Ingredients
- 1 bar of dark chocolate
- 80 g butter (or coconut oil)
- 2 eggs
- 2 sticks of honey
- 60 g oat flour (or blended oats)
- 1 pinch of salt
- A few fresh strawberries (for decoration)
Method
1. Melt the bar of dark chocolate with the butter over a low heat.
2. Remove from the heat, add the honey, then the eggs, and mix well.
3. Fold in the oat flour and the pinch of salt.
4. Pour the mixture into a baking tin.
5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 180°C.
6. Leave to cool, then decorate with fresh strawberries.
