Molten Heart Brownie
Ingredients
- 1 dark chocolate bar
- 80 g butter (or coconut oil)
- 2 eggs
- 2 honey sticks
- 60 g oat flour (or blended oat flakes)
- 1 pinch of salt
- A few fresh strawberries (for decoration)
Preparation
1. Melt the dark chocolate bar with the butter over low heat.
2. Remove from heat, add the honey, then the eggs, and mix well.
3. Stir in the oat flour and the pinch of salt.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold.
5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 180°C.
6. Let cool slightly, then decorate with fresh strawberries.
