Nationwide delivery via Aramex

MFF arranges delivery of ordered products through the logistics service of one of the world’s leading operators, Aramex. This involves organising the delivery of parcels from the company’s warehouses to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Aramex offers a fast delivery service to over 500 destinations across Morocco. Parcels are collected and delivered within 24 hours in all major cities (48 hours in other parts of the country).

MFF offers free delivery for orders of 500 DH or more. Otherwise, for home deliveries, delivery charges are payable by the Customer unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the geographical delivery area and the delivery method chosen by the Customer. Payment of delivery charges is determined according to the chosen payment method.

We recommend that you combine your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed individually, and delivery charges will apply to each of them.

Aramex’s transit times are generally between 4 and 10 days, depending on the delivery destination and the service chosen.

Once your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order has been confirmed and dispatched. This will give you greater visibility over the tracking of your goods, which is of paramount importance to MFF.

It is essential to bear in mind that your order is dispatched after it has been confirmed.

If your parcel is held up at customs, is delayed or is facing any other issue, buyers are advised to contact their carrier directly to resolve any problems with your shipment.
